If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason send me an email at support@ecommerceCEO.com with the subject line: “refund”  and the email you used to purchase and I’ll gladly refund you within 30 days. If you email me from an email that doesn’t match the email you purchased from – I may not issue a refund.
No questions asked.
The only exceptions to my refund policy are:
  • Courses: No refunds will be provided to anyone caught attempting to download, rip, mirror or otherwise copy content from our members area for offline use or re-sale. So if you are a info product marketer purchasing my course for the sole purpose of redistributing the information in any form, I will not give you a refund. Furthermore, I will personally spank you if I catch you trying to rip my content.
  • Consulting: I’ll refund you 100% of the entire project fee if you follow all of my recommendations and don’t have an increase in traffic and revue that exceeds your spending. Specifically, we will compare 6 months after the project completion to the previous 6 months of the project start. So after the project is done, you have to give it 6 months before we can evaluate results (where we will compare prior period and last year period).
  • Coaching Calls: I don’t offer refunds for any booked meetings. I’m taking time out of my day to help you and that’s not refundable. When you hire me for coaching you are 100% responsible for applying my advice to your business and making it work for you. If you want guranteed results, hire me for hands-on consulting.

For products with recurring billing, this refund guarantee is only available from the first 30 days of your membership. You will be rebilled on a monthly basis automatically.
