Horrible Service – Avoid at all costs
Absolutely the worst print on demand app on Shopify. I have been in the POD industry for nearly 10 years, and I can confirm that Teelaunch has some of the worst quality control in the business. Which would be fine if they were willing to make up for this with good customer service, but their customer service is perhaps even worse than their quality control. Don't even get me started on turnaround times. We experienced orders that took over a month to send, with no helpful responses for status requests.
Additionally we recently ran into a billing issue, where they charged an old billing method that had been removed. After several back and forth emails, they finally admitted to their mistake, but refused to issue a refund and charge the correct card, telling me that I needed to contact the contact the card issuer. Basically, they illegally charged a card that they were not authorized to charge, and then told me it was my fault and my responsibility to correct. Never doing business with Teelaunch again.

Teelaunch Shipping Issues!
Teelaunch is having serious shipping issues recently. I've used these guys for 2 years no problems then all sudden last 2-3 months I've had many damaged signs and no updates on tracking. Most recently a sign was crushed then the wrong replacement was sent out. There are delays sometimes for weeks on tracking and if it does update at all which in this new case last scan was july then they send me a link to which is apparently to another website usps uses which says delivered. I've seen this before cutting corners doesn't end well for you. I'll be transitioning to a new supplier very soon. Just had a conversation today with the guy and it's in beta right now. They also offer 16g steel as well. Nobody wants to seem to fix the problem. Something changed where it be cutting corners, change in management, people not wanting to work anymore, i dont know but whatever changed it wasnt for the good.I only sell maybe 10 signs a week. So the ratio doesn't add up and I can't be the only one having problems.

Shipping prices are pretty expensive, especially for international orders. In many cases, shipping runs at $10+ for the first item, with a discount for each additional item. It can be steep for single products, though worth it for many customers looking for custom products.
For example, a crate mat ships from Florida and costs $20 for the first item to ship within the United States, with another $10 for each additional item. An international order costs $70 for the first item and $10 for each additional.

Both platforms are quite similar. Where teelaunch is only available for Shopify and Etsy stores, Printful offers more integration with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. The platforms are user-friendly, making them great for beginners with custom designs.
teelaunch offers many of the same quality products as Printful at slightly more competitive pricing. Shipping may make that price difference negligible. Printful’s shipping time is an average of three days, while teelaunch’s takes up to six days.
Printify
Printify is like Printful. The differences lie in the lack of warehousing, design, and branding services. They produce quality products like teelaunch at lower prices than Printful. teelaunch has a unique choice of products overall, though. For instance, you can get laser engraved cutting boards and pet crate mats with teelaunch but not Printify. You can get engraved pet tags and other products that are unavailable on teelaunch with Printify.
